Events, workshops and trainings
Specialized yoga classes and workshops are opportunities to practice self-care, learn new skills, deepen your practice and build community. For more than a decade, I have been offering thematic yoga classes, workshops, and series tailored to diverse needs and life experiences. My signature programs include Yoga in Nature, Yoga for Stress Management, Adaptive Yoga for Disability and Chronic Health Conditions, and Introduction to Yoga classes for beginners and those returning to practice.
I have also been offering teacher and volunteer trainings on adapting yoga for disability in partnership with Adaptive Yoga Northwest.

Past Events
The Seattle Chinese Garden is a hidden gem. If you have never been or want to revisit, consider joining me next Sunday August 17th 10 am for a 60 minutes contemplative yoga practice. We will practice in the courtyard where the symbolic use of plants, water, stone and architecture create a unique and serene atmosphere.
Please arrive 15 minutes in advance to give yourself the time to park, use the restrooms and sign a liability waiver. We will practice on stones. In addition to your yoga mat, I recommend bringing a blanket or beach towel to add extra cushioning.
Feel free to contact me if you have questions. No pre-registration needed.
